I’m trying to gain weight / muscle .. also need motivation


Hi there - lots of folks use MyNetDiary to gain muscle. The important thing to remember is that you need to challenge your muscles with weight resistance exercise/movements and consume enough calories and protein (along with all the other nutrients our body needs).
