I am using the free app but the upgrade to premium keeps popping up. Is it actually work it to pay the yearly price?

I workout.., a lot. And it’s nice to design changes to my diets around workout days. Little tweaks like that make the premium feel worthwhile but if all you’re doing is counting calories then you don’t need it.

The free version is so rich in content it is amazing. That said I don’t do subscriptions of any kind, too easy to get into, too hard to get out of. I’m waitiNg for a lifetime subscription offer :)
