i dont have a lot of products at home and i dont by them, my parents do. is a protein bar and a meal following with 8 glasses of water too much to lose weight?


You cant really eat and lose weight. You just eat what you have in a lesser portion and that will give out the best result. The idea of consuming more and more has made us thinking that we need something special to eat when we are in a calorie deficit.
