As we head into the holiday season, I am dealing with a little bit of anxiety. Spending time with my family and friends is what I look forward to, however, it always involves food. And yes, not the healthiest dishes. Any suggestions on how I can still enjoy the holidays without limiting myself to some of the foods that I do enjoy? Holidays are special times and I don't want to impede any weight loss progress, yet I also want to enjoy without the stress.
