The keto diet is BS, you don’t need to restrict carbs to lose weight. All you need is a calorie deficit. Let’s say you burn 2500 calories a day, if you eat 1750 calories of pizza, you will lose weight. Obviously that’s not the best for your health, but neither is restricting carbs. One thing the Keto diet is good for, is dehydrating yourself, since 1g of carbs stores 3g of water, the meto diet is very good at losing water, which does make you appear leaner as well as losing water weight.
