My journey so far! Topic


Its been 1 month since ive been eating healthy and working out. I know fitness pretty well. I used to be very fit and going to the gym everyday. Then i got into a great relationship and started to not care as much. Havent went to the gym in 2 years!
My body wasnt toned anymore and i started getting a gut. I already see results after 1 month. Not bloated anymore and I already lost 5lbs. Ive been working out for 5 days a week for about 30 minutes.
I was 140 now 135.
Consistency is key.


Thanks for sharing ❤️ I’m 5’1’’ and aiming to be 130, used to be around 140-145 before I got into a relationship and stopped caring, to the point where I got to be like 165… down to 155 now after about 6-8 weeks! Love the gym for how I feel after, not how I feel during haha
