I'm down another pound. I think that's 6 lbs in the three weeks I've been doing this.
I do struggle with getting started on exercise. I have fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease as am in constant pain. I can't walk very far. I know getting weight off will help me move more. I guess for now I will use my rolly walker to build up strength. I also need the snow to melt lol. I am feeling better than I have in a few years. I want to get out and enjoy life and I will get there.

I also struggle with fibromyalgia. I do what I can physically, which often isn’t much, but any little thing helps. Some arm circles, a few leg lifts, anything to get blood flowing and some movement in my day. Yesterday I was able to take a 15 minute walk. The first walk in several months. Your weight loss sounds like you are getting off to a great start!

Thank you Seaturtle. I'm sorry to hear you have fibro too. I wouldn't wish it on anyone!

No fibrosis here but a lousy back and a knee that is not happy. It DOES provide a challenge, exercise-wise. Congrats on the 15 minute walk, Seaturtle! Any movement you make that doesn’t cause pain is better than no movement at all!
