Importing shared recipes - is it really this cumbersome? Topic

My friend shared the link to a custom MND recipe with me. We both have MND premium on Android. I can see the recipe page but there is no link or button to import it into my list of recipes (even though I am logged into the MND web site). I tried the "Recipe Import" menu in the app and it seems to be able to import from random websites, but surprisingly not from MND's own recipe pages.
The only way I could get this to work was to go to my friend's profile page, search through her list of recipes, find the right one and click "Copy", which listed it on "My page" on my Web profile, but not in the MND app until much later, only after I marked it as Favorite on the Web.
Am I doing something wrong, or is the process really this difficult? I would have expected a quick "Import" or "Copy" link on the recipe page she originally shared with me. Or at least for the "Recipe Import" feature to work with MND's own recipe pages.
Thanks!

Hi Bertro514-
Thank you for reaching out!
We apologize for the lengthy process to copy a recipe. This is something we are aware of and working to streamline. I will pass along your suggestion to our development team!
Have a good week. Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Thank you so much, Joanna. It's really good to hear that we'll be able to share recipes much easier. I really love your app!
