I heard coconut oil is a good addition - I also do chobani because I have diabetes - not super sweet but it’s not bad

Hi there U1189461664-
Have you tried adding some milk and cinnamon to your coffee? Milk is lower in saturated fat (which can raise your LDL cholesterol and increase insulin resistance) than coconut oil, butter, cream. Cinnamon adds a natural sweetness and can help lower blood sugars.
Whatever you decide, be mindful of portions. Adding extras to coffee can add up and make it harder to lose weight and meet health goals, over time.

I, too, cannot live without sweet creamy coffee. Here’s how I make it a low carb drink:
6 Tbsp Half and Half
8 oz brewed coffee
1 squirt of Stevia
1 Tsp organic white sugar
Dash of Cook’s Vanilla Powder
It resulting coffee is both satisfying and low carb. As other people mentioned, you may try sugar free syrups. Some flavors, I’ve noticed, enhance sweetness of cream and sugar, vanilla certainly being one of my top picks.
Hope this helps!

NUTPODS! I like the regular but they also carry a new sweetened line. Plus after experimenting, NUTPODS do not knock me out of Ketosis.

I usually do black, but, if I'm hungry I use 2 tbsp of heavy cream which will hold me until lunchtime. Butter is my second choice, especially a good quality butter like Irish or Amish butter. It tastes pretty similar to the cream, but, it's harder to blend in. I think cream has a bit of sweet taste on it's own.
I use artificial sweeteners for other things, but, there's something about them mixed with coffee that I don't like, so, if I really wanted to sweeten my coffee, I would probably just use a measured teaspoon of regular sugar.

I make a bullet proof version-coconut oil, grass fed butter, heavy cream and SweetLeaf drops(vanilla). Keeps me full until 2pm.

I second the vote for heavy (whipping) cream. Two teaspoons is PLENTY, adding only 2g of carbs. It does contain 7g of saturated fat, but no trans fat. Here's the best part... it's entirely natural. Avoiding all processed foods (no matter how attractively presented) is a plus. You're body loves natural foods.

I use Stevia for 0cal sugar. Skinny syrup (NOT THE KETO ONE) for my 0 cal added flavor and that’s fine for me. If you must have a creamer I agree with super creamer just watch the calories in that and measure appropriately
