I love parmesan and cauliflower so I was really intrigued when I saw your recipe!
I want to make sure I understand it.
Is it basically parmesan cheese + cauliflower + water?

It has been a while since your post. In case you have not yet found out about Swad Gram,. Don't know what you found on google, I found that Swad is the brand name and Gram is chickpea flour. Pretty interesting stuff. One article I read said you could add 25% to a gluten free flour mix to boost the protein.


Hi Scotian25-Thanks for reaching out. I am now aware of Swad Gram. I have done some baking with garbanzo bean flour but never used it with cauliflower. Yes you are correct, garbanzo bean flour has almost twice as much protein as traditional gluten free flour mix. I have found that the garbanzo flour has a strong taste, which might not always fair well with what you are making-Something to watch out for. Have fun with it! Joanna (Dietician)
