I'm having trouble finding good Dinners that are good for you too. Not too high in fat and calories

Google it and you will find tons of recipes. Quinoa is a complete protein and a good addition to meals, as are couscous, all veggies, chicken, fish and lean beef. Bake or fry in oil spray, combine in different combos and voila, dinner. Nothing. Wrong with tomato based sauces either. Keep portion size in mind.

Grilled chicken, a small baked potato and salad. A ploughmans without the bread with ham and low fat cheese. Cous cous is also a good one for filling you up with low volume.
