I've just reached my first big goal of losing 1 stone in weight which I'm pretty excited about. I've been using the app to track my food and water every day. Not going to rush the weight loss as I've made that mistake before, just taking it slow and steady losing 1/2 pound - 3/4 pound a week as I have quite a lot more to lose yet, but trying to stay motivated every day.

Same here, my first big goal this morning, and have my app plan set up for 3/4 pound a week. Keep up the great attitude!
