I notice on my nutrients chart that carbs are graded A, B, C, D, . I know I have seen it somewhere on the app, but now I can’t find where it tells me what they mean. This site is absolutely massive! Please can someone tell me? Thank you

Hi there Lellynelly-
Welcome to MyNetDiary!
If you have enabled a low-carb or Keto Premium Diet plan in the app you'll be able to easily access the low-carb food grade. To adjust your Premium diet click on the "Coach" tab. Then tap on My Diet.
-Next click on the three lines in the upper left corner of your app. Then tap on App Settings>Diet Logging>Show Food Grade.

So after showing the food grade, what does A mean? What does CB and d mean?

A means really good, like a apple is a A, a B (B+ and B-) is also really good but could be better. C is not the best but still good, and D is bad. But eat what you want and and don’t force yourself to not. <3
