Can I get back to my recipes from scratch to edit them? If so how?

I just made 20 Black Bean Quinoa Burgers. 288 calories per. Yesterday I made 30 servings of a vegetable soup using couscous instead of Farro and Italian sausage instead of a pork roast, both because that was all that was on the shelves. Almost no meat in the store.

Hi Jloughlin- Yes! you can access all of your custom recipes and edit them.
From the iPhone app dashboard go to the three dots in the upper right corner.
Then tap "Manage my foods."
Then tap "recipes"
Then all of your custom recipes will appear in a vertical list format.
Swipe from right to left over the recipe of choice to bring up some options such as "edit my recipe."
You can also access and edit your recipes from the website. Simply go to your dashboard and where you'd enter a meal then go select My Foods, then select recipes and you'll see a list of your recipes. To the right of each recipe you'll see three dots. You will find the option to edit the recipe there once you click on the dots.

Gosh- it is challenging to find the items you are looking for in the store! I hear ya, we are in the same boat. Good thing you are resourceful and creative!
Let us know if any nutrition questions arise for you.
