Hi there U1191755172- I am sorry to hear about your hospitalization. What a stressful experience, made worse by large medical bills. I hope you are feeling better.
Thank you for the feedback regarding oxalate tracking. I have passed it along to our developers for future updates.
BTW: These foods are known to increase oxalates in the urine and may contribute to kidney stones: many types of dried beans, beets, strawberries, strawberries, nuts, chocolate, tea, and wheat bran.

After a lifetime of trying to drink lots of water, and unlimited fluids in general, I now have been advised by MD to limit fluid intake to 1.5 liters (abt. 51 oz?!) a day. I think this includes soups. What is the best way to help myself optimize spreading my liquid to allow for my desired ones - coffee, water, enhanced water (stevia-sweetened enhancers), a little diet soda, and high-fluid foods (e.g. soups, fruits). It would also help me if you could assist me in where/how I could track this in MyNetDiary.

Hi U1186955903,
Thanks for reaching out. I would stay in touch with your doctor about how long he/she wants you to be on a fluid restriction because it can be a temporary situation until you get your medical situation improved.
You could record your fluids in the water section. You will see the water icon to the left of the apple on the dashboard. You can set your daily water goal at 51 ounces per day and track it carefully as you go through your day. Just treat the "water" as all fluids. This way you will include all high-fluid foods and beverages.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you need further guidance.
Be well! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

I need help with the cravings for foods that I'm eating, including sugar.
I have Stage IV Breast Cancer and so far chemo is not working. That's not so important except that emotionally I'm binging on food and eating the wrong stuff -- white French bread, ice cream, lots of "healthy" margarine. I don't like the way I look in clothes. I would like to lose only 15 lbs to make my clothes fit better. I'm 5'2" 155 lbs. I eat to the point
where I don't feel that great after I eat. I vow to be better next time but give in.
I know a wedding is coming up within the next very few months. Hopefully, I'm here. But I would love to buy a beautiful new outfit. At the same time I know I'll need the "extra" lbs. if things continue to deteriorate.
Thanks for any help you may think of.

Hi U1190194478,
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with emotional eating. It sounds like you have a lot going on right now. Food can be an easy go-to when feeling stressed or emotional. Are there non-food ways you can nurture yourself outside of food? Taking a bubble bath, calling a supportive friend, going for a refreshing walk? These articles may help you with emotional eating.

Hi there Paulwd-
We are happy to help!
From your dashboard, tap on your breakfast. Once you see a list of the foods you want to copy, tap on the 3 dots with the circle around them (upper right hand corner). Then select copy/edit food entries. Then select the foods to copy and tap copy and you will see a date and meal appear. Next select the day and meal to copy to.
If you continue to struggle, simply email support@mynetdiary.com
They can help! Best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
