I’ve been on this journey for about a month maybe? Just started tracking a few days back which really helps ^_^ I have about 10kg still to go - but I’m really motivated by losing almost 10kg already ^_^

How long did it take and how much calories did you eat per day? Also, did you do any exercises?

@U1190354870 You can not look at what someone else did & assume the exact same thing will work for you. Everyone’s journey is different & you have to find what works for you. Certainly get some suggestions & ideas but understand everyone is different.
