Walking has many benefits including burning calories! If you decide to try the 12-3-30 plan, we suggest not adding back the calories burned through exercise to your daily calorie budget. 
This feature can be turned on/off under App Settings>Diet Logging>Add Exercise to Calorie Budget. Let us know how it goes! Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
