What to do instead of eating? Topic


So I am eating less, sometimes fasting, and I don’t know what to do with the time I used to spend eating. Yeah, weird, but my body says time to eat even though I may not be hungry. What do you do to distract yourself?


Try to keep busy. Do something that will take your mind off food. For me it’s listening to music while taking long 2-3 hour walks. Or I like to watch stuff to pass time :)
