Hello Everyone, I am fairly new with mynetdiary app. I started on 4/15/23. I love it!
I was so excited to see my results this morning. I've lost 4 pounds on my fifth week. This app is awesome! I will be letting my friends and family be aware of this amazing app.

Hello, I started with mynetdiary app in March of this year 23. I have not lost a lot of weight but have gained several pounds. I have been doing kickboxing since September of last year. I try to go 3x a week for 30 minutes. I also walk to the gym for 20 minutes 3x a week. I am having a problem losing weight. I am following a Mediterranean diet and I drink lots of water throughout the day, any recommendations I would appreciate it thank you have a lovely day,
