I take my weight with clothes off.due to changing weather can I weigh myself with clothes on


i weight myself without clothes on as well, it seems it may add some weight on the scale

The most important thing is to be as consistent as possible when monitoring weight changes. If you weigh with clothes on, then try to wear the same weight of clothing each time you weigh. If you weigh with shoes on, then do that each time. Many people weigh with no clothes or their light sleepwear first thing in the morning after using the restroom but that is not practical for everyone. Also, try to weigh at the same time of day, if possible for tracking changes.

Most people like to weigh in the morning because they are lighter and have less weight due to food and fluid intake. The most important thing is to compare your weight at the same time of day for monitoring trends. You will weigh more in the evening than in the morning (unless you have had a major fluid loss).
