Please suggest me a better brand for Vitamin D3.

I don’t think the brand matters, I get what is on sale, used many brands over the years. Are you taking it based on a blood test showing you need it? It can build up in the body to dangerous levels if not monitored.take care of yourself!

I used to use plain D3 (5000 IU). But after researching, I found that D3 isn’t effectively absorbed due to multiple factors, body fat being the main reason. I learned that taking an A D K Supplement is more effective because of the K Vitamins. Search for “ADK supplement”.
