Signed up years ago Topic


I signed up a long time ago here is my problem: I signed with MyNetDiary as always did it for a while and then stopped. Now I signed for MyNetDiary Pro, but since I used the same e-mail account it won’t let me download my progress keeps telling me I have account.

I am not using the other MyNetDiary only the pro and I won’t go premium cause don’t want issue.

Can someone help?


Hi Chell65- I am sorry to hear you are having technical issues. We have an awesome support department that can reset your password/account. Simply email them directly (support@mynetdiary.com) and let them know:
1. What platform you use (iPhone/Android)
2. What your username is
3. Email address, and details about this issue.
