Short of consuming raw fabric, I can seem to get enough fiber on the low-carb diet. I’m taking supplements, but still seem to come up way short in my daily totals.
Any suggestions?
And no, I’m not serious about eating bedsheets. :)

Have you tried Labanderita wraps, they come in 4 sizes, great fiber amounts. Also Catalina Crunch cereal has good amounts of fiber, it has 0g sugar, 11 protein and 9g fiber per 1/2 cup! I like the cereal with my yogurt bowl in the morning! The small taco wrap is only 20 calories and has 5 g fiber. I don't know which flavor of cereal I like best, cinnamon toast crunch, honey graham or chocolate. Hope this help😌
