I doubled my recommended weight of approx 63kg to 127kg at age 58yrs (163cm height) & had multiple health issues making me feel like my clients in aged care. Taking the bull by the horns with a Pro-Active approach to success I downloaded this App and consulted my Dr. About SAXENDA (Liraglutide) used as an ant-diabetes medication. Initially I was on Ozempic which was a fraction of the cost, (which became hard to get and they stopped prescribing for weight loss so that it was a available for diabetics) however once I’d had success of 12kg loss in 6 weeks there was no way I was going to jeopardise the traction I’d made. My 1st day of the program and logging in Netdiary was 5th June 2022 at 127kg.
Today my weigh in is 87kg as my official 1st 40kg loss.
Needless to say I am feeling much healthier, amazed at the ease of walking an hour a day up hill & many positive & beautiful encouraging comments from family, friends, colleagues & customers to keep me motivated.
I thought I’d share this amazing benefit for those who are just done with the battle of weight related problems given a 2nd chance towards a bullet proof life.

That’s amazing. You’ve done great. I’m on Ozempic. I’m pre diabetic & have insulin resistance along with fibromyalgia & heart disease. I’ e just done my third jab. I’ve lost 7lb in my first 2 weeks. This app has really helped me a lot doing the calorie deficit. Good luck on your journey x
