Plateau Topic


Okaaay... so I’ve been doing keto for about 6 months ( I lost about 20kg ). Then my weight stalled and I got bored so I went for a simple moderate-carb-high-protein diet and lowed my calories in the progress, I’ve also increased my exercise. Unfortunately, my wight still doesn’t budge and I’m not losing inches.. I eat very clean and I definitely don’t cheat....have any ideas???
