I’ve been using this app for a while and I don’t see any changes? I’m not weighing myself as I did previously have an eating disorder but I don’t see and physical or mental changes. Any tips? :)

If you’re trying to lose weight it can take a long time, but just getting under calories isn’t going to do it very fast, you also need to eat cleanly, so lots of greens and meats, if you’re drinking very sugary drinks and eating lots of ice cream then your results will suffer, Have a great journey!

Hi U1195900804-
Sorry to hear you are struggling. It can be frustrating when we are working hard and not seeing the results we think we should experience.
While tracking food & exercise can be valuable for users wanting to improve their health, it can reinforce unhealthy behaviors for those with or at risk of developing an eating disorder. Since you have had an eating disorder in the past, there is a chance that tracking could be a trigger and cause your eating disorder to re-emerge.
I would suggest you stop using the app and get help from a professional counselor with experience working with individuals struggling with body image and disordered eating.
