IF YOU FELL DOWN YESTERDAY … STAND IP TODAY!
I need to stand up. I am tired of falling down and gaining weight in the way, although I both diet and exercise, monitor my water and sodium intake, and reach out for assistance. Nothing is working in my diet arena right now. I am discouraged, although I know I need to be patient. I gained the big weight over a month ago on a short trip. I can usually recover within a week. I am still up from 157 to 167 with no loss in sight. Sigh.

With all your exercise you are likely going muscle. Toning up, losing inches not pounds. Do you do body measurements? Do you notice your clothes loosening? Remember the scale is not the only tool to measure success. You've got this!

I haven’t measured myself since March 3, 2022. I am the exact same measurements as I was then. At that time, I was 6 pounds lighter than I am now. Whether any of that info is good or not, I have no idea.

Most likely your doing the same thing I do to myself and that is not being honest. I know when and why I gain weight, but I like to think it’s something else other than what I put in my mouth. 😭 It’s so hard I’ve been at this all my life some of us will always be we just have to stay strong and make changes when we have to.
