Hi there U1191456149-
Welcome to MyNetDiary! In addition to talking with your doctor and dietitian, these tips can help:
1. Eat regular meals (do not skip).
2. Plan meals in advance, so you don't get so hungry you end up eating more than your calorie budget suggests for weight loss.
2. Make sure to peel, de-seed, and steam your veggies. You may want to avoid veggies with strong odors such as broccoli.
3. To stay full and meet nutrient needs try low-fat dairy. For example, you might have non-fat plain Greek yogurt for breakfast or a snack with some banana slices on top.
Also, lean proteins such as fish and chicken can help to keep you full and meet protein needs.
Finally, here are some general weight loss tips you may find helpful: https://www.mynetdiary.com/simple-tips-to-lose-weight.html
Hope this helps~ Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Hi U1191456149,
Do you include dairy and eggs or are you vegan? If you do include them, you could include eggs, Greek yogurt, low-fat cheese, like cottage cheese or string cheese for protein sources. Also, soy foods like tofu, tempeh and smooth nut butters provide protein. Hope this helps! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
