it’s hard for me to gain a proper amount of weight. I threw up everytime I forced myself to eat more :/

If you haven’t tried already, you could add heavy carbs or proteins to things you already eat. Things like nuts or seeds, such as hemp, flax, chia, sesame, they can be brought pre-ground and sprinkled/mixed in or if you ever drink shakes you can try to make them nutritionally dense

Hi Milkyway, It sounds like your body is not handling an increased volume of food well. Can you focus on high-calorie foods and add calorie boosters (extra oil, cheese, nut butter, avocado, nuts) to increase the calories without necessarily increasing volume? You also may find it more tolerable to eat at least 6 times a day rather than trying to pack all of your calories in at meals.
