does anybody have any recommendations for home workouts ! i have super weak legs and they get injured super fast and i can’t find any workouts that can avoid those needs πŸ™ thank you!!


I would suggest looking for workouts to help you strengthen the weak areas instead of avoiding it. However go at your own pace and always adjust what you need to to make your workout for your specific needs
