I started this app about 3 weeks ago, I’d love to have new friends to get motivated with.

Hello I started this app 30 days ago and I lost 11 lbs already by tracking what I’m eating on the app. I’ve been making better food choices. I’m eating the appropriate serving size.

I started this app after coming home from my 70th birthday cruise to Alaska. It was a wonderful trip but I decided to change from the app I had been using for the last 4-5 years. I actually like this one better and I knew I didn’t want to go back and post 10 days of information 🫣 I also have an Apple Watch. I would love to have someone to keep me motivated. The sad thing is I don’t know how to link our accounts. 😢 Any idea how to do it? ⌚️

Hi BethS-
Happy Belated birthday!
Are you looking for directions on linking accounts with another user or help with syncing your Apple watch to MyNetDiary?
I have included two resources to hopefully address your question:
1. Here is a short video that explains how to share your data with a health professional or someone else: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GPLbkAnW44
2. Here is some information about how to sync your Apple watch with MyNetDiary. It is taken directly from our FAQ page: If you own an Apple Watch and use the built-in Apple Watch app to track your workouts, such as running and walking, you can get these workouts imported into MyNetDiary automatically.
As workouts recorded with Apple's app are automatically loaded into the Health App on your iPhone, all you need to do is to enable the import of workouts from the Health App to MyNetDiary.
Go to the MyNetDiary's Settings screen, select "iOS Health App Sync", turn on sync, and when prompted turn on the desired data types, most importantly - allow import of workout data. If you don't get prompted, go to the Health App, then to Source, locate MyNetDiary and allow the data types you want, making sure to select import of workouts.
Please notice that MyNetDiary imports workouts for 7 days.
Apple Watch can record workouts without the iPhone nearby and send them to the Health App when connected. Currently, Apple Watch won't be sending distance, also accuracy will be reduced as it needs to be connected to the iPhone during workouts to use its GPS.
If Apple Watch workouts don't show up in MyNetDiary, please see the Troubleshooting Health App Workout Import support article for detailed, step-by-step troubleshooting instructions.

Hi there! I actually just figured out how to do this part of the app! I have been doing this app for 3 months and lost 9lbs . I was doing this and WW together, but feel this is better. So quitting WW and will continue with this route. Feel so in control!!
