Hi Adey, that is a good question. Most tracker databases do not include all of the sugar types for tracking, mostly because there is simply too much missing data - both from packaged foods as well as from USDA's basic food data.
What folks do is track their foods in MyNetDiary, and importantly, also write notes about how they fared after meals in either a different app, in a handwritten journal, or they use the Notes feature in MyNetDiary.

Hey!
I have IBS and was told to go off gluten and dairy for a while.
I've done that and the stomach aches are much better!
BUT I am now gaining weight so fast I don't know what to do.
I am 159 cm tall and usually weigh 50-51 kg, because of the IBS I had very little appetite and lost weight very easily. Now the numbers are climbing- currently 53,5 kg and I don't know when it will stop. I am eating about 800 calories a day which is not so much.
Is it better to start eating gluten again, lose the weight and then go back gluten-free? Or will that ruin everything?
Any advice would be appreciated!

You must be so relieved to have found a food plan that helps you feel better! For individuals with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a dairy-free and gluten free diet are the gold standard. Many people with IBS find they feel better on this diet and I am glad to hear your gut is feeling better.
Your current BMI or body mass index is 21.8. A healthy weight is defined as a bmi between 18.5-24.9. You are at a healthy weight. Perhaps your body is getting back to a place of health and balance with this new way of eating? I think finding a way to eat as healthy as possible (eating whole grains, plant-based, getting in some fiber but not too much, regular meals, regular activity) will be helpful to stay the course. To answer your question, I would not suggest going back to gluten and dairy just to get to a lower number on the scale.
