Good for a few days and then eat Topic


Was wondering if anyone does good for the days they work and then the 2 days I’m off I just want to eat ! And how to stop that. I feel like the hole week I followed OMAD , (5 0z meat , 4 cups of lettuce and non fat Greek yogurt in which I make it a salad dressing .) I really need to stay on my eating plan on my days off also . Thanks for Any tips/advise


You release hormones when you eat and around times when you normally eat called ghrelin and a few others. Glutamine and or berberine just before or after a meal may help reduce the urge to eat and berberine will keep your sugars from spiking.


Actually, I intentionally eat more on the weekends to keep myself motivated. I balance my calories so that my average is at goal, yet having more flexibility for two days a week. I have lost over 60 pounds and maintained my loss successfully for 10 years with this method. It is a way a bargaining with myself. It really helps in both planning and motivation.
