Family meal time Prepping Topic


I’m 90% of the time the chef in my home and I have a bad habit of being a nibbler while preparing. Whether it’s sampling to make sure the taste is good, grabbing a bite of cheese or breaking a just a little extra piece off. Tonight I told myself “NO”! The additional calories just aren’t worth it.
Does anyone else do this consciously or unconsciously?

Yea I do the same and I find when I go into kitchen at stupid o’clock in the morning or throughout the night letting pets out I unconsciously pick a snack up. I’m trying really hard to break this habit . Sometimes
I don’t even realise I’m doing it . I’m also a stress eater. Lot to change but one day at a time. Good luck
