My goal is -40 by July, I am trying to incorporate the “hunger crushing combo” with each meal which is: Protein, healthy fats, and Fiber. I’m also a breastingfeeding mama who is trying not to lose milk supply, so I am eating atleast 75g of protein a day. I’m not cutting anything specific out of my diet just staying in the 1800 calorie range and trying to pick good nourishing food that will help me produce milk and feel satisfied. My plan is light exercise like walking but it’s too cold outside for us right now, so I’m mostly doing short exercises with a baby that I try to work in when I can. Friend me if your goals/situations are similar to mine! Female:5’4”:240lbs
