Tip 1. note nutritional label changes and promptly admit to your mistake when you have found egg milk or other in a newly packaged product. Remember your lack of discernment for the taste you blindly missed. Accept forgiveness, move on and stay inspired!

Tip 2. Let your 5 and 10k awaken your lower lung. Fixate your breath on the lower segment of your breathing muscles. Let your breathing occur as natural as your muscle guides it. Be aware of distractions against healthy breathing patterns. We all know we aren’t going faster when we hold our air in or keep it out.

Help me help you! I struggle the past 2 days with counting portions for daily intake.
I’m fighting a in decisive battle in mind between 3 meals and 2 snacks or 6 solid portions? Keep in mind 2 of the snacks or 2 portions must be a protein shake.
