I have a problem with eating way too much when I’m sad and I’ve had a really rough eeek and I’m going to gain weight if I keep coping by eating chips and candy so do you have any advice on what I should try instead?

Have you tried protein shakes like premier protein? 160 calories and lots of protein and good stuff to satisfy your cravings and get you over a rough spot. I had never had them and my dietitian recommended them. They have really helped me.

Oh I tried the Premier protein shakes too and they are perfect when you just need a little snack.
