I log foods every day, but now there is no information and stating no foods logged this week. Also not showing daily steps. Are you having the same issues?

I am sorry you've run into this technical glitch! Don't worry, your diary is backed up at www.MyNetDiary.com and is not lost.

You can access your diary from the web app or other devices by logging in with your email. If this doesn't work, please do not hesitate to email our support team.
