I’m with you my friend. Just getting back to life can be a challenge. My advice would be set realistic goals. Life gets better when you live one day at a time.

Hi there 1195568996-
Good for you for prioritizing your health!
There will be ups and downs along the way, and taking one day at a time is fantastic advice. Thanks, Laura1.
While tracking can be helpful for individuals wanting to lose weight, it can be triggering for those with and recovering from eating disorders. I suggest you stop tracking on the MyNetDiary app. In fact, our Terms of Use do not allow anyone with a history of eating disorders to use the app: https://www.mynetdiary.com/eating-disorders-food-tracking.html
There are so many other ways to track your progress outside of counting calories! Please reach out to your counselors and ask them for ways to connect with others who are struggling in recovery. You deserve to be supported in your journey. Best, Joanna (MyNetDiary Dietitian)
