Sounds like they welcome family well. You guys must like animals also...I'm a big animal lover...I have been to know when friends ask me to go on a vacation with them say no because I don't like leaving my fur babies. Zoo's I always love to go to and be in no big hurry to get thru it. I had a late dinner was enjoying the evening outside so nice here right now around 78 to 80 degrees and sunshine. No humidity...love it. So it is 10:40 here just got dishes done and sitting down. I ate lite fresh veggies and piece of chicken strip breast not the best meat choice. So I need to stay up for couple hours let digest..go put 15 minutes on my stationary bike.

I have watched TV shows on teardrop campers...some are so amazing what they all have in them for the size. I worked in a Jeep place before retiring after 30 years in banking we sold Renegades Jeeps...I had one for about 1 year...very small vehicle I loved it but it was red and I didn't like that...in 5 years working I trade vehicle 4 times...we got good deals. But anyways we had a customer buy a renegade just for there teardrop camper so they could travel from Indiana to California and site see all the way there and back. The camper had a queen size bed inside and kitchen out side....They had an awning put on it ...I think the Renegade can pull around 1390# and it weight in 1300. I always thought that would be fun me and my dogs but I am so scared in this world of all the meanness that goes on and my daughter would never let me, lol. Sometimes she acts like the mother and I'm the daughter lol...she is the greatest though..could not ask for anyone better than her! Hope you have lots of fun traveling and site seeing.

I making your cookies right now. I added some cocoa, trivia, and a little salt. I wait till they are done to finish this.
Pretty good, but not as low calorie as I was hoping. 80 per cookie. I baked them for 15 minutes and they were still fairly soft. Probably won’t use them again till I get to maintenance. Great way to use overripe bananas.
Finished my little irrigation project today. I ran watering tubes to all my pots so Hopefully I won’t lose all my flowers when I gone For two months. Also mowed the grass and did an hour long walk, so got my exercise in. Had a great evening weather wise. Mid 70s and a nice sea breeze.

Ah I would love to feel the sea breeze. When my family use to have a lake cottage you would find me sitting on the end of the pier in happy land. As we camped I would always be down by the water somewhere. I was craving rice crispy cereal so today my cravings was satisfied...both breakfast and lunch was rice crispy...and way to much..... in calorie was alright still under my intake but should not ate as much...I didn't eat as much yesterday so today pretty hungry. Fireworks and my fur babies are not good. They are so scared I have someone in my neighborhood lighting off just these real loud boom things and they just shake to death. I just sit in the chair hold them as tight as i can...I have a friend he said that reminds him of Vietnam war and he don't like them. Since I started the calorie counting and not following WW points not all that free food they say you can have I realize I was eating way to much...my diet on here says stay within 1473 calories. I have been doing it for about 4 days now and find myself kind of hungry. But I'm getting better finding things to help. So on WW I was eating to much each day maybe while my weight loss was not the greatest. Find out Thursday how doing. Think this will be better for me if I eat it has to count and on WW I had to think about free food and counting food...the old WW ten years ago was count all ...I liked it better. I'm staying on FB site with them because get so many good ideas on your weight journey with other team players. Well it is hot and humid but the sunshine is calling. Have a great day!

Getting my oil changed today it has been very warm and humid outside...don't want to go out but I'm over 300 miles on change...I don't drive much so it has be better than a year so must do...they laugh at me because takes over year to put on 3000 miles on my jeep. When I worked up there most people were in every 3 or 4 months for an oil change...drove alot..I rive my golf cart here in town mostly. This is the first one I have to pay for...I always got them free working...yikes. Have a good day!

Golf carts are all the rage in Southport, but I don’t see any advantage for us. Everywhere I want to go is either easily walkable or you need to take state highways that are not legal places for carts, but I must not be in agreement with many, because it seems every third vehicle is a cart.
Had my second surgery for cataracts today and all is going well. Should start seeing well tomorrow. We also stopped at a sewing machine store where my wife left my mothers singer featherweight Michener for repairs. It was made in 1932! She also fell in love with a Baby Lock Brilliant machine that does almost everything and we ordered one. She spends a lot of time in the she shed sewing clothes for our granddaughter.
Here is a link to a very good recipe that is a great diet food. https://cafedelites.com/chicken-cacciatore/. I served it over a bed of quinoa. Huge serving for about 800 calories. Turned out to be 80% of what ate that day.

Glad to hear your surgery went well! Wow 1932 swing machine what a keepsake and lots of love sewed with it...imagine all the memories of love spend on that machine. The recipes does look good..I will try sometimes this fall. I don't cook much in the summer only grill and veggie or what I can grab fast. I have been read a lot of recipes on WW site...save some to try. I have been talking with many WW friends this one lady just marked her goal. She weighted 340 when started 1 year age now down to 202. Another person lost 69 pounds since August 2019. Reading these help me see I can do it. There is 2 ladies one 83 another 85 talking about there weight lost. One is in a wheelchair so said she didn't get any exercise has lost 43 pounds in last 2 years just about to her goal and the other lady said she loses than gains but all in all she loses . So many of them made me feel this is not a diet but a healthy way of eating for rest of my life!

I'm friends with other WW ladies. This one lady said she love pizza so she invented one for us in the blue group of WW. She made a waffle cheese pizza. Took 1/4 c FF mozzarella cheese, 1t of flour, baking power, Italian seasoning and 1 egg mixed put onto her waffle maker and cooked until real crispy...than she took out.. put little pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, mushroom, olives and put 1 T FF cheese bake until cheese melt well. For the whole pizza which she used a big waffle maker has like 4 little triangle in it or she said you could use the mini one make at least 3 was only 6 points. That is good most meals are between 5 and 10 points. Sound good to me. There is another one I want to try lettuce, grapes, and feta cheese and some other stuff sounds refreshing. Had some work done on my back door today they were here for hour and only charged me $40 not near enough...they even used some of there wood to fix it. I loaned him my car one time when I work at car dealer. He brought his car in for tune up and didn't get his son any breakfast so I told him he could take mine out to the restaurant if wanted and he did cause gone to take a long time for his. I believe you help someone in comes back to you fully. Well have great evening!

Had my biopsy today. Not a pleasant experience, but I survived. Said I should have some answers within a week.
Eyes are doing well and I see better than Imdid as a boy.
Sounds like you have some good support with your WW group. Would be nice to have a group to diet with. Do you actually meet or is it all virtual? I am so tired of virtual meeting.
Went to a restaurant in Wilmington last week after my second eye surgery. 1st time since before the Covid virus. We ate outside at an upscale Mexican place. Probably a thousand calories, but I only ate a 140 calorie power Bar for the rest of the day.
I pick up my new camper on Monday, but then I just park it and put a cover over it for the rest of the summer. We leave for Maryland Sunday next.

I'm sorry I didn't know or I miss reading you were having a biopsy...keep you in my prayers.
It will be nice to have your camper...you two can just take off for couple days or long vacation site seeing. But watch those restaurants they can get into your calorie count. A lot of the restaurants give you so much food and me I think I have to eat it or they saute with alot of high calorie sauces. I use to keep our camper stocked just like a home...towel, dishes, cleaning supplies, and pantry food. I didn't trust fridge storage..those campers get pretty hot when not being used. When we parked it on a lake for about 10 years I would keep a Popsicle in freezer if it was ever melt I knew fridge went out or electric and don't eat anything in fridge.
No I drop out of WW it can be expensive but I still do the online WW...it is only $20 a month...with that I can count points, see recipes, talk with coach, and than on FB I joined the group I'm in WW-blue. You have green, blue purple groups. Each one give you so many free food..so you have to decide which is best for you. Purple has 300 free food...all you can eat within reason...like potatoes, beans, diary. Green is the less of frree foods just non starch veggie and fruit and blue has 200 includes fruits, veggies, and beans. Each group has so many ponts given to you. Purple not for me too many frees, green not enough so Im in blue. A lot of the girls and men are my age so that helps. I wish there were more involved people on here...it helps out so much to hear of loss, compare what each other going thru and help each other. I tried when I started this but it seem nobody stays in it.
