Walking, cycling.  Both hurt though.  When I was 16 stone they didn't.  Now?  Feet sore all time.  Starting free weight training at home next week.

I love my treadmill. I live in Florida so it's way too hot to walk/bike long distances outside right now. I'm really out of shape right now so my first goal is to walk on it for 20 minutes each day . I just joined 6/22/09 and have about 40 lbs to lose.

Walking, elliptical trainer & weights at the gym.  I'm trying to get into running if an old "war wound" (err... training accident) will co-operate.
Once I get this weight off, I'm going to start kayaking again.  I've never been very successful at it, but strength plus less weight will help quite a bit no doubt.

Yup! Just about finished! I'm going to start adding doubles to my daily practice. I think mon, wed, fri.... Then taking sundays off. I Want to start running and volleyball again but I'm rehabilitating a severely sprained ankle ( which was one of the main reasons I put on weight in the first place) I know my dog would appreciate the runs so I'm eager to start again :)
