Counting down. Only a few days left, I guess 12, till I do my 10 K with myh daughters.  They are running I am walking.  Feeling confident it will go OK.  I did the 6 miles in 97 minutes today.  (walking)  Lots of room for improvement, but also not a terrible time.  Looking forward to achieving this goal with my two girls.   then Have to find another fitness goal.

Done my 10KM.  So proud of my girls today.  Loved sharing this goal with them.  Next CHALLENGE?? not sure.

REally enjoying my new weight training program.  Also training for another 10km on Aug 28.  Myy next challenge turns out to run more of this 10 km in Aug.  For someone who dislikes cardio, it is a challenge.

Eu só me realizo correndo. Sinto um bem estar enorme. Sei que muita gente não me entende. Acham que sou louco. Mas de médico e louco todos nós temos um

Exercise classes, I go to dance, step, intervals, spinning, anything and everything classes.  I find it's the only way I stay motivated and get a great work out.  I'm also targeting a 5K, using the Couch to 5K program app on my iPhone.

Cycling...hope to reach 5,000 miles this year.
Exercise classes... Body Pump/Group Power, Spinning, Body Flow/Yoga for variety.

I enjoy working out at the gym 6 days/week. I love outdoor exercise.  Walking/hiking/swimming, etc.
