Yay! That study on chocolate made me very happy. I do like a bit of the good dark chocolate as an end of the day treat some days, usually about 10 grams. Good to know that it might be doing me some good as well as giving much pleasure.

I agree! For items that you enjoy immensely, have nutritonal benefit, but are highly caloric just limit portion size. Dark chocolate and nuts are good examples of this, although I'd rank nuts higher than chocolate for nutritional benefit.
