Hi V.V- Sorry to hear you are struggling! I am wondering if you have less energy now because you are only eating 2 times a day. I'd suggest experimenting with eating something small every 3-4 hours. If you are still wanting to follow low -carb you might like the food ideas to keep on-hand in this blog post:https://www.mynetdiary.com/starting-a-low-carb-diet.html
We at MyNetDiary generally suggest trying not to go below 1,200 calories a day. If you do eat less than this on a regular basis you may not be meeting your macro and micronutrient goals.
As for hitting a weight loss plateau- Try not to get discouraged! I realize this is easier said than done. Here are some tips for getting the scale moving again:

Hello. I once did the keto diet and lost 50lbs. Of course I stopped doing the keto diet and within 6months I gained all the weight back. Now I want to get back on track with the keto diet

Hi there U1188129998- The Keto diet is high-fat, moderate protein, low-carb diet. Generally people pay the closest attention to the net carbs when following this plan. The app automatically calculates your net carb budget as 5% of your calories/day. Net carbs are calculated by taking the total carbs minus fiber and then minus sugar alcohols.
I do not have access to your demographics, so I cannot speak to the exact carb budget provided. You can certainly reach out to support and they can pull up your account if you have additional questions.

Hi
I am currently following the Keto diet, I am ok with staying in range for my net carbs but my total carb allowance keeps going over, is this a problem? Also my protein will sometimes go slightly over too? I’m confused with the 2 carb monitors which one am I following net carbs or total carbs?

Hi there Lisa77- Most people prioritize net carbs when following keto.
In the MyNetDiary app you can customize your carbohydrate target by setting a percent carb (usually 5-10%), or by setting a carb gram goal. Many keto plans allow for 20-30 grams of "net carb" per day to begin.
Net carb is total carb minus fiber. For example, 12 almonds have about three grams of total carb and two grams of fiber. Subtract two grams of fiber from three grams of total carb to get one gram of net carb. Tracking net carb will allow you to include more healthy vegetables, nuts, and seeds in your plan.
