Hi this is my first post...sorta having a little trouble pulling all this info together but working on it. so far I've lost 8 pounds with ww alone and I have about 50lbs to go. I keep hearing great things about mynetdiary and that people are losing 3 and 4 pounds a week using this method hope it works even if I don't lose that much every week I'd be happy to just lose steady. Seems like I lose a couple pounds and I have all these cravings and its like my body is saying "oh hell no you didnt!"...are cravings normal when you lose weight or am I doing something wrong? I walk non-stop at work but not to the point that Im huffing and puffing or sweating...any suggestions?

hi arcadia, im losing with weight watchers but recently jus started counting calories. I too have cravings and i was once told that if i deny myself anything it increases my cravings. I think cravings are normal really, just have what you really want but within your point/calorie range. I have such bad cravings that jus to get my chocolate or savory craving in-i end up having it as a meal. I soon realized it wasn't worth it as often as i was doing it and cravings slowly vanished. Good luck, hope this helps

Hi- my name is Bonnie. I've been a lifetime member of weight watchers since 2007. I'm not at goal right now- I've gained and lost the same 20-25 lbs for a while. I'm enjoying MND as it helps me to see the kinds of foods I'm eating, and the goals I want to be at for various nutrients. I hope to have continued communication through this blog!

Haven't had a good week, but am back on track. Logging everything I eat always helps, but seems like once I get off track it's easy to keep sliding downhill. It's a journey into learning healthy eating habbits and recognizing and obeying the satisfaction sensors God built into me!

Hello - I am Christina. I've been a perpetual WW member for the better part of 15 years. In 2009 I was on the program combined with a low carb plan and lost 41 lbs. I'm trying to get focused to do it again. I got an Iphone for Christmas and immediately downloaded the WW app and then heard about My Net Diary. I have been using both of them and happily after a week I am 4.5 lbs lighter. I hope go gain motivation through this blog and continue on my path of losing weight.

Hi Christina-Both apps are so helpful. I haven't been to a WW meeting in a year because I don't want to return until I'm back at my goal! I'm doing good using MyNetDiary though. Hope to hear more about your journey:)
