I'm not sure if others aren't posting, or if I can't follow them, but it seems like there arent any new responses lately. Anybody else notice this?

Hard to follow on iPhone as you have to scroll through all the posts to get to newest. I think most people may use phones for portability so that may be why not many posts.

I agree, scrolling through old posts on I-phone is a pain. I haven't posted because I have no good news. Am in an emotional tailspin and have soothed myself with food (dammit!) -

That could be it. I don't use my phone so I didn't realize that. I'm having trouble staying on track too. Late night binges kill me. Our business is expanding and I'm very nervous... Eating gets out of control so fast for me, why it seems to be a comfort thingI don't know because the comfort sure doesn't last--just the pounds do!

I am just a person who lets my eating get out of control, however, I noticed that this app on my iphone is really helping me to actually see what I am doing. Seeing it makes all of the difference.

Elliptical delivered to my living room yesterdy...I am more out of shape than I thought! I think I will be able to gain cardio and leg strength with regular workouts though. I was out of breath and sweating more than on a treadmill. Hopefully I stick with it.

Good for you! Keep pushing! I am back to MND after 2 weeks of high stress and BAD eating- but hit the "reset button" today to stop the damage- undergoing big change at work (going from day shift to midnight shift) so trying to rework my whole schedule and purposefully schedule time to exercise, grocery shop, and plan meals so I don't fall into the trap of fast-food convenience hell.

Good luck with that changing from day to night shift isn't easy though setting alarm for early evening can be great for available classes and having your heaviest meal

Well... Haven't really developed an exercise routine yet. I know what you mean with the change in routine and job stress. I haven't gained weight, but I'm not tracking or exercising either. I'm pushing re-start too.
