Weight loss charts for more than one year? Topic

Hi everyone:


I got my National Weight Loss Registry paperwork in the mail and they would like documentation of the weight loss. In the charts section, I can only figure out how to go back for one year. I need to go back almost two years--one for the weight loss period and one for the maintenance. Does anyone know how to get a chart for more than one year? Thanks!

Send a note to SUPPORT with your request (and why) - I think they can pull the data for you.

I am not positive, but if your doctor has your previous weight on file from 2 years ago, you could also use that.

One of the support folks contacted me to say that they emailed you the 2-year graph. Did you receive it? If not, is your email contact in your Account tab still correct?

I can forward the graph as an email attachment to you if you haven't received it. Just send me a private message via MND with your current email address.
