Hey April123, gradual weight loss is the most sustainable. I like to visualize one pound of body fat as a pound of butter when I think of losing body fat. It is actually a lot! Brenda (MyNetDiary Dietitian)

Excellent work! Fast weight loss is almost guaranteed to fail in the long run. A slow but steady pace is the way to go. We didn’t put it on overnight, we can’t expect to lose it overnight either.

IM WALKING 17K STEPS EVERYDAY I CHECK MY WEIGHT TODAY AND IVE GAINED 0.2 WTF I ALSO WORKED OUT A LOTTTT AND I EAT 700KCALS ALL HEALTHY NO TRANS FAT😫😫 IMMA CHECK MY WEIGHT AGAIN TOMORROW TODAY I WALKED 22.1K STEPS💪🏽😍
