Excellent work! Fast weight loss is almost guaranteed to fail in the long run. A slow but steady pace is the way to go. We didn’t put it on overnight, we can’t expect to lose it overnight either.

Hi there U1190091915-
Strong work on your walking! It sounds like you are really making a concerted effort to get in your steps every day. That's awesome!
Sorry to hear the scale is not reflecting your hard work. I realize this can be frustrating and lead to doubt in the process. It can take weeks before the scale shows your progress. Have you considered finding other ways to track progress such as energy level, waist circumference, speed of walking? This can help keep things positive until the scale starts to go down.
Here are some tips that may help:https://www.mynetdiary.com/have-you-been-dieting-and-exercising-but-not-losing-weight-try-these-proven-plateau-solutions.html
