Why do you need to lose so fast? How much have you lost so far?


i can't handle it anymore, and the stress and anxiety when someone asks about it or criticizes me. ive lost about 9.5 pounds in two weeks

Daily healthy eating is the better way to go. Good on you for trying but crash diets can see ppl gain weight back quickly. I’m sure the dietitian’s on here can guide you. All the best.

hello stranger! i understand how you may feel towards other peoples opinions and feelings but i personally think you had no right to bash Jungwon/Hae like that. we’re all human beings who react differently to certain situations and comments. Jungwon may not feel comfortable about questions asking about their weight and people tend to get very anxious quickly. (which they did clearly state in a reply.) even if that person may or may not be pressuring them to answer the questions. anyway, i am hoping you didn’t mean your comment in a harsh way. i just want you to realize that just because someone feels uncomfortable with weight questions and are insecure about them so, does not mean they are annoying. so please do not make remarks of such. and i do recall that Jungwon had never asked weither or not you think they’re annoying or advice for when someone asks them about their weight, YET Jungwon only asked on tips and tricks for losing their weight quickly. thank you very much for your comments, but please think twice before posting a reply. have a nice day!! <3

also i agree with the Dietician that has replied to your questions! the best way to lose weight is the healthy way! i truly do understand how you’re feeling and that losing weight would make yourself feel so much happier, trust me i often feel that way, but losing the weight too quickly will just make it all easier to gain back! you got this Hae!!! the best comes to those who wait! we’re fighting together!! <3 🫶🏼✊🏼
